This helps embed consideration of our impact on people and the planet into how we operate as a business.
Rather than our values being purely aspirational, B Corp certification provides a framework to integrate them into our governance, decision-making, and delivery. It supports a structure approach to responsible business practices from ESG initiatives, including pro bono work, to fostering a culture that supports and retains purpose-driven, high-performing talent.
For our clients, this means partnering with a team that is accountable to externally recognised standards and committed to transparency in how we work. It also shapes the way we approach areas such as event delivery and environmental impact measurement. While we recognise that this is an ongoing journey, B Corp certification provides a clear framework for continuous improvement.
We were among the early adopters of B Corp certification within UK medical communications (certified August 2023). We are part of a wider community of businesses working towards a more inclusive and sustainable economy.
